Our Network Operations Center is an IT service provider that supports hardware configuration for example we have our own cloud so we can host M-Files for the client so that they don’t have to maintain servers. Our team of developers writes scripting for event handlers and vault applications.

Executive Vice President & Partner
Brad is an Executive Vice President and Partner of The Strickland Group, Inc. and leads the TSG custom software development team specializing in integrations of commercial and custom software solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience in applications development and systems integration in the management of structured and unstructured data. He has extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams through business process re-engineering and systems integration projects.
Brad establishes himself as a trusted advisor with specialized care for his clients, managing custom development and integration projects for Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric Energy Financial Services, and Constellation Energy. Brad specializes in the use of Joint Application Design Workshops as a method to ensure that an organization can successfully adapt to work flow process changes that takes place with business process re-engineering.
Brad is a Vice President of the DFW Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM) and also serves on the AIIM Board of Directors for Oil and Gas Special Interest group. Brad is a member of The Professional Petroleum Data Management Association (PPDM) and specializes in the integration of GIS Systems, PPDM, databases, and ECM using Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and Master Data Management strategies.
Chief Financial Officer & Solutions Architect
Sandra is the Chief Financial Officer and Business Analyst at The Strickland Group with over 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. With a background in both technology and accounting, she is uniquely qualified to help companies to bridge the gap between information systems and financial reporting.
Throughout her career, she has overseen roles from financial reporting and project management to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and customer service. She has served clients from the real estate, franchise, and family office industries. She has managed software implementation projects and developed standard operating procedures across multiple applications.
Sandra is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. degree in accounting and an M.S. in Management Information Systems. Chair of the Business & Industry committee for the Fort Worth Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs where her long-term vision is creating a community of public accountants who can turn to each other with questions related to the accounting industry. Sandra is also an active Board Member with Junior Achievement where she helps youth achieve a basic understanding of the world of money from credit cards to banking to business operations.
Project Manager & Solutions Architect
As a Project Manager at The Strickland Group Jeff focuses on helping clients improve their business processes by effectively implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions. Owing to his diverse engineering and process improvement experiences, Jeff is able to look at the big picture and identify opportunities for increased efficiency through automation, integration, and data-driven decision making.
Jeff has deep experience integrating content of all types. He has designed solutions and led implementations that bring together document management, invoicing processes, cost and production allocation, data visualizations, property management, and daily reporting systems.
Jeff’s passion for improved efficiency grew out of his experience in petroleum and nuclear engineering. Before working in the oil & gas industry, he spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy with a technical focus on nuclear chemistry and radiological controls. As a nuclear submarine engine room supervisor, Jeff planned and managed complex maintenance and training programs.
Prior to his military service Jeff served as a foreign missionary in Seoul, South Korea. Jeff directed all missionary efforts in five cities and three languages. After learning Korean Sign Language he established an outreach mission to teach written English to Koreans who are deaf. Jeff enjoys volunteering as a youth basketball coach and Boy Scouts of America Scoutmaster.
Project Manager & Lead Architect
Darin is a solutions-oriented Project Manager offering a strong balance between business savvy and technical capabilities. He possesses 20 plus years of experience contributing to projects as a Developer, Business Analyst and Project Manager as needed. He is able to communicate with Developers, Management and Clients equally well.
Mr. Brown leverages expertise in Software Architecture, Direct Marketing & Customer Loyalty Systems, Transportation Logistic, Print Cost Recovery, IT Infrastructure Support and project management and coordination to align day-to-day operations with business goals and client objectives.
Darin builds and spearheads top-performing teams, providing guidance, training and support needed to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality products and services.
Vice President and IT Manager – The Strickland Group
Evan is Vice President and IT Manager of The Strickland Group, Inc. and heads up the Network Operations Center. Evan has over 15 years of experience in managed service solutions, assisting large and small clients with implementations of technology to solve business problems. As a system administrator Evan brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and has extensive experience in network design, system architecture, IT policies and procedures and disaster recovery. Evan’s overall understanding of the landscape of information technology enables him to recommend and apply the correct technology to a business problem.
Under Evan’s leadership TSG’s Networks Operation Group currently manages over 750 devices over an area encompassing 10 states. His utilization of automated server monitoring systems and deployment systems allows him to keep his clients servers running and secure.
Evan is a graduate of University of North Texas with a B.S. degree in Business Computer Information Systems.
